PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
To summarise:
Loopy’s Place will never misuse or abuse your data.
We believe our use of your data is fair and reasonable, and don’t use it for anything we wouldn’t be happy with ourselves.
We don’t share your data, unless absolutely necessary for service delivery or for security issues.
We will never sell our data on.
We have checked that we are happy with all the services we use to help us manage data to make sure they are up to our standards.
We only collect the data we need to deliver our service and website, and only keep it for as long as is required.
We know and respect your rights to your data that we hold.
We do use cookies to make sure our website and our service works as well as possible, and we only use those we feel we really do need.
We do everything we can to ensure the safety of your data.

ORDER PROCESS
For custom made orders, once you have decided on your purchase, Loopy’s Place will forward you an invoice via Paypal detailing both the item and costs as well as to confirm your postal address for delivery – this is your opportunity to check all details are correct.

A deposit may be required before custom made items are made. This will be up to the value of 50% of the total cost and will not be refundable once work has commenced on your item. Once full payment has been received, your item will be dispatched and will require signature upon delivery in the UK

Items from the online shop will checkout via Paypal.

RETURNS POLICY
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you decide to return/cancel your order – you are entitled to a full refund, including the initial delivery charge, as long as you inform Loopy’s Place that you intend to return the item, within fourteen calendar days of receiving your item, in writing (email : jane@loopysplace.co.uk). You will be responsible for postage incurred for returned items. A refund will be made within fourteen days of Loopy’s Place receiving the returned items. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage for your item.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us. (jane@loopysplace.co.uk)

Exceptions: Items which are personalised, bespoke or custom-made are non-refundable. However, if a personalised, bespoke or custom-made item is not as agreed (eg error in personalisation), you will receive a replacement, for which additional delivery costs will be covered by Loopy’s Place.

AFFILIATE LINKS
Where appropriate, there will be some use of affiliate links. They help to bring in extra income to continue the work I do and, is at no extra cost to yourself.

OVERSEAS DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery to your destination.

PACKAGING
Out of regard for the environment, and to keep costs as low as possible, I may use recycled packaging. If you would like your items sent as a gift to another address, please let me know, and your item will be wrapped accordingly.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING
There is Free UK delivery on all items.

All ready-made items will be posted within twenty four hours of receiving payment (not including weekends and Bank Holidays) Within the UK, you should receive your item within 7-10 working days, but please allow up to 28 days.

Due to the length of time required to make some custom made items, delivery times will be agreed at the time of order. You will be kept up to date throughout the process and informed of any delays. All charges will be agreed at the time of placing the order.
