In one of my crates of fabric I acquired via Freegle, I had some white fabric. It's fairly thick with a goodly content of lycra. It's now become a top, and I'm proud to say, I've even managed to do sleeves.
I'm really proud of the way the shoulders sit, you can't tell from this photo, but they're in the right place. Can't get much better than that. Lesson learned-check the direction of the stretch of the fabric before cutting out. If I'd cut the first one out the right way, I would have got two tops instead of one. Never mind, it all goes towards the learning curve, and as far as clothes go, I have still have long way to go.
