First job is to count the blocks and see how many we are working with. I had 34 blocks.
Next question-square or rectangle? Definitely rectangle
Time to do the maths and see what would give a nice shape and use up the most blocks. I ended up with a five by six quilt, with four blocks left over.
The joining was the easy bit. As they're all the same colour, I just had to keep joining them, first blocks into rows, then the rows together. Here it is, ready for sandwiching and quilting.
The four extra blocks? That will probably make a cushion to go with the quilt.
