This is a first for me.  I have never seen a knitted bib before, let alone knit one myself, but it was so pretty, I couldn't resist.

The moss stitch is perfect to border the diamond pattern, and makes a lovely neckline, and makes for sturdy ties.

It's knitted using a cotton/acrylic mix which means it should be easy to wash and durable.  There is more than enough in the ball, to get another bib made.

The next knitting project is another baby project, I'm looking forward to getting it started.

I have made several knitted baby bibs mostly out of cotton and
they feel and look absolutely gorgeous. Mine have had cow and monkey faces on them. They're fun to knit. I love the colour you have knitted yours up with, nice pattern too.
Cheers, Anita.

Hi Jane, thanks for leaving your comment so I could find you again!
You have been busy as always; love looking at all your projects. I think Anita has the right idea about the lace - Google the question to see what ideas come up. It would be a shame to use it on something that wasn't worthwhile. You could save it until one of your sons gets married, and offer to make the bride's dress. Well, no harm in suggesting, lol!

That is just beautiful. I think I would hate to use it if it were mine.

It's beautiful! I think it would look so nice displayed on a doll or a bear. :0)

The bid is very pretty. The teddy bear you created is very nice indeed as is the quilt you finished. Hugs Judy
